Lance graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Biology. Using this technical degree, he worked his way up to a position of project manager for a local pharmaceutical company. It was during this time that he developed his strong project management and tracking skills. He utilizes these skills in the real estate world to ensure that everything stays on track as he maneuvers his clients through the maze of paperwork and the myriad of potential pitfalls involved in real estate transactions. Lance also uses his analytical background to ensure the highest attention to every detail.
Lance has been involved in the world of sales and marketing for over 15 years. He has developed many tools to assist clients in effectively marketing their properties. He has also developed his negotiation skills to ensure his clents get the best deal possible. For each property where he represents a seller, Lance goes that extra mile, making sure the property is properly staged and marketed not only across the region, but across the country! He truly understands what it takes to get a potential buyer in the door...after all, a buyer won't buy what he doesn't look at! Lance believes in taking a high number of high quality pictures, showing the best a property has to offer from the best angles. He is proficient in photo editing software to ensure the pictures give an accurate and enticing representation of the property. He also uses his penchant for creative writing to really make a property stand out to that prospective buyer, whether in the newspaper, a magazine or on the internet.
Finally, Lance believes in giving back to the community. He has spent time as a volunteer fire fighter, a volunteer medic, and currently serves as an officer in the Texas Army State Guard. Lance holds himself to the highest standards of conduct, both in and out of uniform. Lance truly cares about what he does and the people he interacts with.
