We will list the property on the Multiple Listing Service, advertise and show the property, screen potential tenants and prepare the lease agreement.
After the property has been leased, we will handle all aspects of dealing with the tenants including collecting rent, discussing repairs that need to be done and having the necessary repairs completed in a timely manner.
Each month you will receive a statement showing the gross rent, management fees, repairs and the net amount of the monthly revenue. Enclosed will be copies of any repair bills paid on the property. We can either send the check with the monthly statement or mail the check to your bank for deposit. The monthly statement can be either mailed or emailed to you. At the end of the year you will receive a detailed statement to be used for your tax return.
