Swope Realtors is pleased to announce Sonny Tunstall, who joined the agency in 2007, has just completed two certified designations. Sonny recently recieved the (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative Designation. Sonny joins more than 32,000 Real Estate professionals nationally, who have recieved this high level of professionalism. In addition, Sonny has also recieved the (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute. The Graduate Realtor is a national continuing education specializing in legal issues, finance, marketing, investments, professional standards and technology. Less than 10% of Texas Association of Realtors 90,000 members have earned their GRI.
Sonny, who lives in Boerne with his wife Lisa, a teacher in Boerne Schools, is a multimillion dollar producer. In his first full year in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker, Sonny surpassed all other first year agents in the history of Coldwell Banker Swope Realtors. Coldwell Banker also awarded Sonny with the Sterling Society Award. These designations show the dedication of agents to further their education in representing buyers and sellers.
